I spent much of my teens and twenties on stage and in front of the camera before I fell in love with the page. Eleven years working in production on commercials in Los Angeles, doing video projects for small companies, making my own short films, and being an avid film, television and book lover since childhood have given me a great understanding of how a story comes to life on the screen. I write with an editors mind. My favorite stories are those deep with character and dense with twists that have a mix of action and suspense.

I have a BA in Film Production with a focus on writing and directing where I learned to be a team player and carry a story from conception through to completion. I have a second BA in Theatre that taught me how to dive into and develop character.

I am an adventure seeker, storyteller, avid learner and life experiencer. I have traveled from the mountain towns of Colorado to the desert city of Burning Man, across the cold windy isles of Scotland, and have camped across Europe. I live life to the fullest and put as much of my actual adventures into story as I do imagination.

You can find me hiking, surfing, paddle boarding or dancing if I’m not reading or watching film or television.
